Job scope:
- Installing hardware and software systems
- Maintaining or repairing equipment
- Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
- Refurbished & reassembly used computer
- Cleaning sticker & dust inside computer equipment
- Assist on provide technical consultancy to customer
- Lead and assign task to part time technician
- Responsible, fast learner, can multitask efficiently
ECommerce Assistant
- We are looking for Ecommerce Assistant
- Able to speak & write in English & BM
- Good communication skills
- Interest on IT hardware & Computer
- Basic photo edit knowledge
- Start work immediately
- Working location Kompleks Kantonmen Prima, Jalan Ipoh
Job scope:
- Manage daily online sales transaction, confirm customer order & arrange shipment
- Pack product nicely to protect product in shipment
- Online customer service (answer/ reply customer inquiries)
- Upload new product with description
- Edit & touch-up product photo
- Update & check inventory by weekly
- Improve visual & content on e-commerce website
- Launch & Produce art work for marketing e-campaign
- Assist paperwork and admin related matters
- Responsible, fast learner, can multitask efficiently
Benefit
Working hour 10.00am -7.00pm Monday-Friday
1hour flexible lunch time
Offday on Weekend & KL Public holiday
